I am a vegan (about 90% of the time.) Ideally I want to go 100% percent raw and I have been buying books and learning and researching about eating raw and fitness, and I love it, I love learning and reading and meeting others who are interested in all of this.
How long Raw?
Im not fully raw, but I would love to work up to that. At the moment I am having raw days or raw breakfast and lunch but I still love my coffee :)
