What's your experience with water fasting? I've recently started with the goal of helping lacerated gum tissue near my lower frenum to heal without the need for gum grafting and a frenectomy. I have been fresh fruits and veggies only since Christmas.
I'm fasting to keep particles (even from blended foods) from continually lodging and irritating the area.. much like removing a shoe that is causing a blister. My current plan is 7-10 days of water fasting, then juicing... celery/apple and/or cucumber/apple, watermelon & papaya juices and so forth for a week or 2 to continue to minimize particulate matter... longer if necessary.

well thanks, raleigh! that does help a lot :) could you possibly ask your friend what made her decide to give lactagen a shot? although i really do appreciate your help, i'm still not convinced yet :/
