It is Health & Fitness week which is organized by Dr Douglas Graham and his wife Roziland. It is certainly the best raw food event and the best health event of the year anywhere. They totally immerse you in a healthful living lifestyle of fun fitness activities and his 80/10/10 meals. In addition you will receive many hours of interesting lectures on healthful living, as well as make many new friends which hold similar belief. This week make us feel like we are not alone in the world, as we feel most of the year where we live.
I will gladly share more if you would like. I have been to each one of these events since 2002
Durian is found at the Far East market near the corner of Inman and Firestone blvd (just east of 77 on Firestone) if going South on 77 get off at Firestone Exit and turn left and go about a 1/2 mile and its on the right.
Last year we just had about 30 figs from our trees but we are really hoping to have lots this year. We will be waking them from their underground hybernation soon and watching them grow.
Have a wonderful day

He is such a good kid thus far, calm and alert, but is a bit noisy!! slurping, squeeking, chooking, grunting, caughing, sneezing, relieving, wining, sucking, chuckling....all the cute things
Mom and he are doing real well together, but dad on the other hand cant get anything done, always watching them do their thing. I have to start doing some work and try to get some more sleep too.
Dave and Val,
You three look radiant! Please post more pics of little one.
I got one of those pull behind child trailers, for my bicycle. It is so much fun! Rachel loves it too. We have been putting lots of miles on it. I plan on experimenting with a one or two day getaway where Rachel and myself take the bike and a tent and some food and hit the road!
Keep in touch.
Well Thank you for the prayers, but no it didn't go as planned. December 11th our little Jai Paul came. Tataya's placenta ruptured away from the uteris and she began bleeding. Baby was fine but she was loosing too much blood on each contraction. Emergency C section and 10 days later we were out of the hospital. The story is quite fufilling, I'll send it too you over email. Know all is great, and our 6 week premie surpassed every other baby in the place, is home and doing great. . . so is mom!
Thank YOU ALL for being such an example of love and family in my life as well. God is with you, and He is leading you on an amazing path. Don't lose faith ;)
