We make green smoothies every day. Start with strawberries, blueberries, apple, pineapple, and then lots of fresh sprouts, spinach and/or romaine lettuce (yes, organic, or homegrown if in season) and then I put all kinds o superfoods in like bee pollen, vitamin C powder, and whole food green powder. Yeah, some purists will say bee pollen is not politically correct, but I don't sweat the small things... ;~)
