Mango, Zucchini & fresh oregano

Was just throwing what I had together today and something wonderful came from it.

I shredded a large zucchini. Vita-mixed one mango (approx 12 oz) with 6 to a dozen fresh oregano leaves from the garden for a surprisingly wonderful combo... used that as my "sauce" over the zucchini.

Whenever things happen so easily and effortlessly like this, I'm taken back to the old commercial jingle: "Easy... breezy... cover girl!" lol
