So i've been reading up on some stuff regarding medication and treatments for my lactose intolerance but i haven't found anything. I mean, i already spend too much time and money on lactaid, dairy ease and etc. i'm just looking for something that's more affordable and hopefully something that has permanent effects, rather than the short, immediate relief stuff. The closest thing i've come across that i'm remotely interested in at all is this product called Lactagen. Lactagen looks like it could be the one, but you know how the internet is nowadays... it's very sketchy. I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who can possibly help me out and tell me if this product really works?
hey carter! i actually have a friend who is on the lactagen program right now. the last time i talked to her, which was about a few days ago, she was about half way through the program and she seemed pretty pleased/happy with what's been going on. i mean, i can't tell you anything about the product from personal experience, but like i said before, my friend seems to be doing well with it.
well thanks, raleigh! that does help a lot :) could you possibly ask your friend what made her decide to give lactagen a shot? although i really do appreciate your help, i'm still not convinced yet :/
she said she was just tired of being limited to eating at only certain restaurants and foods =/
i think you should totally try lactagen. i mean, it's going really well for my friend right now and a doctor even recommended it on national television... what more do you need? haha
